Stewart has worked with Thorntons since February 2015, initially in the Block Factoring Department where he built up excellent customer relations.  Stewart has recently started his new role assisting the HMO team. He has extensive knowledge of property maintenance matters and makes sure all his duties are fulfilled in a timely manner.  His duties include; HMO regulations checks, ensuring the tenants are complying with HMO regulations,  new Tenancy check in’s,  pre tenancy checks, Project management  ie, oversee projects such as new kitchen installation, make sure contractors are working within timescales, Handling general maintenance issues – attend in first instance to determine if a contractor/what contractor is required. Instructing works where necessary.
