This is a partially developed site located in Fairmuir Road Dundee, There is full planning permission for the erection of 8 dwelling houses. There are some ground works and foundations in place as well as some steel and timber frames already erected.
The site is rectangular in shape and approximately 0.49 of an acre. It is situated in a popular residential area about 200 yards south of the Kingsway which provides good road access to both the east and west of the city. On the opposite side of Fairmuir Street and adjacent to the site is Fairmuir Park which is a large public park and recreation area. To the north aspect of Fairmuir Road is a Bowling Club and council owned tennis courts. It is believed there is no Section 75 agreement relating to the planning permission. The proposed development which has been started comprises of a row of 8 x 4 bedroom 3 storey town houses. 2 detached and 6 semi-detached. All the townhouses will front on to Fairmuir Road and have south facing garden areas to the rear. Each house will have an internal floor area of around 154.40 sq.
