Gordon has worked with Thortnons (previously Murray Donald) for almost 12 years.

Gordons duties include; HMO regulations checks, ensuring the tenants are complying with HMO regulations,  new Tenancy check in’s,  pre tenancy checks, Project management  ie, oversee projects such as new kitchen installation, make sure contractors are working within timescales, Handling general maintenance issues – attend in first instance to determine if a contractor/what contractor is required. Instructing works where necessary.

Gordon has excellent knowledge of property maintenance matters and is an enthusiastic, friendly and professional team member who has built up a solid relationship over the years with existing clients and strives to provide an excellent service at all times.
