Home Reports

Since 1st December 2008, houses coming to the market (subject to certain very limited exceptions) may only be advertised for sale if a Home Report is available.

A Home Report consists of a pack of three documents: a Single Survey, an Energy Report and a Property Questionnaire. The Home Report is to be made available on request to prospective buyers of that home.
