Student Accommodation

STUDENT PROPERTIES WILL BE ADVERTISED AS SOON AS THE CURRENT TENANTS SUBMIT THEIR FORMAL NOTICE TO LEAVE DOCUMENTATION

• Please note that the number of properties available will be limited as we will NOT advertise until we have the official notification.
• Please also note that tenants are only required to give us 28 days notice of their intentions to leave their current accommodation and as a result the student list will be added to on a daily / weekly basis so regular visits to the website are encouraged.
• Start dates may vary depending on when existing tenants submit the required ‘Notice to Leave’ documentation. The earliest start date is expected to be the around the beginning of June with the majority in July or the beginning of August.
• To ensure a smooth process, please do not contact us by telephone, instead please read our application process notes to submit your application.
• Initial viewing will be done via a Virtual Tour / Vimeo. The links for these will appear below when new properties are added. Successful applicants can request a physical viewing prior to signing the Private Residential Tenancy agreement subject to current tenants allowing access.
