    As we move through the phases of coming out of lockdown, the health and wellbeing of our colleagues, clients and communities continues to be paramount. 

    In line with the country moving into phase 2 of lockdown, we are now able to provide market appraisals for those looking to sell their property.  We have implemented comprehensive health and safety measures to allow us to visit your home to carry out a market appraisal.  Similarly, we are also now able to arrange appointments for anyone wishing to view any of our properties for sale or let.  Full guidance on the measures in place can be found here.  All in-person appointments will be conducted safely and in line with Government guidelines. 

    We have also begun to reopen some of our property shops again implementing robust health and safety measures.  These are open strictly on an appointment only basis. Please telephone 03330 430090 if you require to visit one of our open branches.  Branches currently open on a limited basis are Dundee, St Andrews and Anstruther.  Other branches remain closed currently however colleagues there continue to be available by telephone or email to assist with any enquiries. 

    Our overall aim is to safeguard our employees at the same time as minimising any disruption to the services we provide for clients.

    We are regularly reviewing our operations in line with Scottish and UK Government guidance.
