I write to you regarding the way in which Thorntons have handled the sale of my property, 42a, Victoria Road, Kirkcaldy.
Firstly I would say that I was drawn towards using Thorntons, because of the way Grant Hamilton handled my previous legal dealings when buying properties within Kirkcaldy.
Whilst I mention Grant I also include you & the front office staff in my decision to use Thorntons.
I found that the exchange of information between myself & your office was first class.
Information was speedily passed onto me.
Explanations where & when required were given along with timeframes for each phase of the selling of the property.
I received feedback from you after viewings from prospective purchasers, along with positive or negative views from these viewings & which I used to improve our guided tour of the property for the next viewer.
I cannot think of anything different that could have been done by you & the staff in the Kirkcaldy offices of Thorntons that would have improved the selling experience.
A good experience, which would lead me to use your offices again when next selling a property in Kirkcaldy.
