Buying and selling a house during this time has not been easier, we put our house up for sale a few days before lockdown. The service we received from Thorntons from start to finish was 5 star. All staff we dealt with were extremely supportive. During lockdown regular contact with Lynsey who was keeping us up to date in regards to prospective buyers kept us going. (Thank you Linsey Mann). Lucy from the estate agents side also helped to make the whole process of buying and selling a lot easier and less stressful. She went above and beyond to get our new home purchase through in such a speedy time. She responded quickly to any questions we had, (however big or small and there was a lot), she also kept us updated and reassured us along the way. (Thank you Lucy).
