My wife and I are most grateful to all of the staff at Thorntons in relation to the recent sale of our property. The team on the estate agency side, and especially Ms Dammer and Ms Renwick, were extremely efficient in the way they helped work up our property to go on to the market. By the end of the process it was clear that they had been very accurate with how they briefed us at the beginning in relation to the initial valuation and in predicting what to expect by way of interest leading ultimately to a favourable offer. In relation to the legal side Mr Grant, the solicitor who took instructions from us, was simply outstanding with his wise counsel and clear advice to take us through the formalities to complete the sale. From the point of placing the property on the market to the conclusion of the sale, the whole process was accomplished very rapidly indeed.
