I used Thorntons to sell and buy a house. Helen was absolutely brilliant- very knowledgeable and moved things along at a good rate. She was always there to answer questions even if I asked stupid ones! Nothing seemed to be too much trouble and communication was excellent. We were emailed or phoned every step of the way both with the sale and purchase. What could have been an extremely stressful time was made so much easier by Helen being there to support and explain. I would highly recommend using Thorntons to buy or sell a house.
